Our services are designed to provide employee benefits communication, education, and enrollment assistance. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us (either through our web forms, paper onboarding packets, or client-provided employee rosters), you consent to receive recurring informational SMS alerts, reminders, and updates regarding your employer-offered benefits.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your benefit enrollment cycles and scheduler actions.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any text message we send you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
