Understanding The WOTC Program
Work Opportunity Tax Credit Management Services
We manage Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) for our clients. Our WOTC department submits individual employee information to state governments for their review. Upon approval, credits are distributed to ownership.
The WOTC program can reduce an employer’s federal income tax liability by as much as $9,600 per hired employee. No limit is imposed on the number of individuals an employer can hire to qualify to claim the tax credit. Eligible target groups include:
- Unemployed / disabled veterans
- TANF recipients
- SNAP recipients
- Residents living in designated zones
- Vocational rehab referrals
- Ex-felons
- Supplemental security income recipients
- Qualified long-term unemployed persons
Benefit Enrollments
BPA provides onsite benefit counselors, call center, or self-service options to educate and walk employees through the enrollment process. We complete electronic enrollment, paper enrollment, and/or assist with any other HR needs.
Benefits Call Center
Our state-of-the-art benefits call center can assist clients as an extension of HR. Our bilingual representatives assist employees in benefit enrollment, benefit administration, and other customer service needs. The benefits call center is available to our clients year round with campaigns customized to each individual client. Our benefits call center is HIPAA compliant.
Online Enrollment
Our customizable benefit administration platform is tailored for businesses of all different sizes. We provide a dashboard for employees to access 24/7 that shows all of their benefits and elections. Our online enrollment solution is HIPAA and ACA compliant.
TPA/HR Outsourcing
BPA can act as your third party administer (TPA) and assist with premium reconciliation, audits, and HR outsourcing.
